Million Group - Sponsoring "Computer Recycling" event held by Roadshow and Caritas Hong Kong

Million Group has always been active in public welfare activities and charity events.

Eariler, Roadshow and Caritas Hong Kong have held an "Computer Recycling" event.
This event are collect the discard computers from different channel, enterprise, business coroporation. 
And renew the system & upgrade the computer by Caritas-HK Computer Workshop. Then give to the people who need.

1st March 2014, our volunteer team have joined the event that held by Roadshow and Caritas Hong Kong at Tsuen Wan.

We also give out our product, Spain COREN Luncheon Meat (Iberian Luncheon Meat, Turkey Breast Lunchoun Meat and Pork Lean Luncheon Meat) in the event. 



Million Group x Star Seafood Restaurant — U.S. Beef Cutting Demonstration

19th February 2014, We, Million Group join with U.S. Meat Export Federation held a U.S. Grain-Fed Beef Cutting Demonstration.
The demonstration was held at Star Seafood Restaurant (Shatin).

We are honour to invited the main chef of Gyu Jin Japanese Restaurant, Mr. Owen, to demonstrate for us.
He gave an example in 
different parts of beef cutting with a Western Chef's Knief.
Also, The 
executive chef of Star Seafoof Restaurant Group, Mr. Ng, had show as a model to cut the beef with Chinese Chef's Knief.
The different of Chinese & Western Chef's Kneif:
The Chinese's Chef Knief 
— a rectangular-bladed, all purpose knief to prepare a variety of meats, fish and vegetable. Most Chinese Chef's Knief are relatively thin-bladed and designed for slicing, chopping and mincing.
The Western Chef's Knief — have a pointed-end, is a multi-purpose knief to perform well at many different kitchen tasks. It can also be used for slicing, chopping and mincing.
